What with more of a focus going towards squad play and all that stuff, would it be possible to see the USMC AAV in future models? I think it makes a better choice for an APC than the LAV, since the LAV isn't really an APC, but more of an infantry support vehicle. Or even, an EFV, it's modern, features the 30/40mm cannon. I guess most of this stems from seeing it in PoE, and I'd love to see it in this mod as well

Either would be fine with me. Does the 30/40mm Bushmaster II mean it could fire 40mm ammo somehow? Does the same apply for the 35/50mm Bushmaster III? Anyone have a link to the 40mm or 50mm ammo if this is true?

perhaps the efv could be featured on future maps with marine beach assaults with defending team already occuping beach heads (but no HAT request places there)

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

Oh yea, you mean the same EFV that has constant hydrolics problems, and breaks down every 5 hours? Sure I want that too...

I am sure the Marines will make them fix it.

I still think they should slap a missile launcher on it for a bit more firepower and perhaps make a version with a heavy assault gun like the 105mm they had on some LVT5s.

Welcome to the forums. Both the EFV and AAVP7A1 been suggested before, so I will be locking it. But if you want to bump another thread about it, please use the search feature. It is helpful to use the Search before making a suggestion; even if it's a good idea, someone may have already had it. :)

The LAV-25 in the Marines is actually used as an armored reconnaissance vehicle, sort of like the M3 variant of the Bradley; it only carries a small dismount scout section (3-4 men).
