[Help!] Flag is capturing itself

Hello,

maybe somebody can help me. I modified Gulf of Oman. I alter all middlefalgs to neutral (team = 0).
But if i "touch" the flag shortly. The flag will be captured even if you go away from the flag.
That way you can fly with a jet over all beachflags and all flags are yours. Not the right way

I have no idea what is wrong with the GamePlayObjects.con.
I only change the team to 0. For a test is added the Flagpoletemplate with no success.

Please help me...

happened in 0.4 on (now) Sandstorm
It was Al Faluja region.

really screwed RFAD because of the the jet example, US guy dies on a flag and the entire RFAD team cant stop it from capping it self.
