Awesome Suggestions! - READ!
NOTE: THESE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS THAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE IN BF2. I'M STILL DOWNLOADING PROJECT REALITY SO IF SOME OF THE SUGGESTIONS HERE ARE ALREADY IMPLEMENTED, PLEASE DON'T START AN ARGUMENT ABOUT IT.
Here are some BF2 Suggestions. These are just some ideas I had and it would be great if dice added them in.
Map Features:
1. Dynamic Maps - Choose weather, day/night/, winds, etc.
2. More Triggering Events - A bit more triggering events(there are about 3 maps in special forces that have triggering events.
3. Destructable Terrains - Houses could be destroyed, craters left in the sand due to explosions, foot prints in sand/soil, etc.
Some New Maps:
Raccoon City - The city from Resident Evil. The US has to kill everyone in the city to avoid spread of infection or something along those lines. There are tons of pedestrian cars including patrol cars.
Technology Corp - The US has a large building with advanced technology. The building has alot of triggerables and alot of them can be triggered from the main control center. There is a guard tower, a gate guard who can close and open the gates. The MEC has to take control of the building, mostly getting in using aircraft. The US wear suits.
Gameplay Features:
1. Impersonation Uniforms - Somewhere on the map there a very small amount of the enemy's uniforms and you could use them, however it only lasts 5 minutes and you can't pull out a weapon unless you take it off.
2. Commander Building - A commander building would be a small building with built-in weapons and have a computer showing enemy locations.
3. Extra Weapon Storage - Soldiers could pick up more weapons on the ground from other kits in addition to the kit they have. However, they would walk slower.
4. More Weapon Unlocks - More weapon unlocks would be more fun.
Game Modes:
1. Last Team Standing - There are no flags, you can't come back once you are dead, and the last person standing from whatever team wins for their team
2. Zombie Mode - There is a zombie in the game where it's like conquest mode. However, one player starts as a zombie(zombie don't use weapons) and must infect other players. The infected player turns into a zombie too and has to infect other players. Zombies gain points for infecting other players and cannot be killed.
3. Protect Your country mode - The AI players are pedestrians and the real players are soldiers. You have to protect your pedestrians from the enemy soldiers. The team that has the last pedestrian left wins!
4. Corporate Building Mode - Each team has a corporate building they need to protect. At the top of the building is the flag. However, the terminals(computers) need to be destroyed to access more floors of the building. The team who gets manages to capture the enemy's flag wins. This is similar to the titan mode in BF2142
5. Weapon Acquire Mode - Soldiers have to acquire weapons(kits) by looking through the terrain. All soldiers have a knife that doesn't need to be acquired though. You have to capture all the flags on the map or wait till the enemy tickets run out.

Weather wouldnt be doable due to BF2 engine limitation AFAIK.Map Features:

That sounds somewhat good. But dont think it will ever be done.

That would most likely render kits useless. Its all about having cohesion in your squad.3. Extra Weapon Storage - Soldiers could pick up more weapons on the ground from other kits in addition to the kit they have. However, they would walk slower.
There is no weapons unlocks in the mod. The closer you'll get to unlock is the kits system.4. More Weapon Unlocks - More weapon unlocks would be more fun.
Meh...too mainstream most likely ends in a lack of teamwork where everyone go on their own and try to get the most ennemies as possible.Game Modes:

Insurgency is pretty much like this. Coaltion forces must destroy weapons caches while insurgents must defend them.4. Well sorry. Im not saying your suggestions are stupid...but I mean...PR is all about realism (hence why i think "zombie" mod is not suitable for this mod) and getting as close as possible to re-enacting present conflicts.
Most of these suggestions are streamline (LMS, Retrieval, etc). See PR as a simulation.
You said you're still downloading the mod. Wait once you've played. Maybe you'll understand my point of view a little bit more.

One thing to make you smile some buildings on some maps are destructable

There is a problem with the vast majority of your suggestions as they do not fit with the mod at all. Play the mod and then you will understand. The theam of project reality is in its name. The aim is to get BF2 as realistic as possible to current and immediate future conflicts. This is reflected in factions, kits and maps, aswell as the gameplay modes and the new damage values etc.
To have zombies and other references, to completely fictional films, is far off the current form of the mod and the direction the DEVs are taking it in. The films you will see it bare more relevance to are real life footage of combat events and UNLIKELY the odd film.

Lol...well Haku I like your ethusiasm. There are a lot of guys waiting to **** on ideas that dont fit in the project. Vikingo is a real pro at this, oddly enough his talent does truely shine within this arena. I ever an idea deserves a turd, his *** is waiting ...lurking in the forum shadows, to exact forum justice. Remember though, alot of your ideas are going to take quite a bit of time if not ALOT to implement...not simply flipping a few code switches about. They are interesting and would be fun but are far far outside the scope of this mod for the most part. I would like to be able to grab a second rifle from to time at the expense of speed....hell its only 8 pounds plus a clip or two. Even there its not important for the sake of the mod and resources are extremely limited as the modders have done some revolutionary things besides just adding new guns, weapons+handling and maps/vehicles. So yeah...
ps. Hey the "Triggers" system sounds pretty tight...a little brain storming and I bet we'd have some pretty damn tight map ideas. So say, for 1hr the US team has an airport but if certain number of amo caches aren't taken ...then the airport gets blown up. Who knows but there has to be potential there.

I will say this, you spent some time thinking up that ...stuff, why not read the forums and look in threads labeled suggestions before expending so much effort for absolutely no gain ?
You must also understand that there are about 10 new suggestions a day from people who either haven't played or haven't read anything on the forums.
