We had this problem on Qwai the other day... We had a TOW HMMWV and our squad was in it... with a lone blue on the TOW. We asked him to get out but he didn't...
And we all ended up dying to a tank on the road.

Of course that would still require "run to da choppa" thing at the start of round, so Ill go with the initial idea
