im pretty sure the timeline will be consistent with that of BF2 itself

last i heard there was no plan to make a story line other than the one in BF2

Either way, BF2 is set in the near future, & by the looks of it, if the Panther indeed gets introduced to the British Army, it's going to take a long while before it is fully intergrated.

If the Panther get's added to the British Army, it won't mean there won't be any Land Rovers left, not for the first few years anyway, those being the years BF2 is set in. If the Panther enters the army, then it might eventually enter Project Reality, however for now - Land Rovers are the way.

the snorkel deosnt look high enough to do a good job, however, I have never seen one in real life.
