Orientation and keys

I haven't changed much in the movement controls, only I can remember is prone from z to f, but in weapon controls i've changed almost everything.

1 - knife
2 - pistol/shovel
bottom mouse thumb button - main weapon
top mouse thumb button - greande
< - smoke/c4 (< is next to shift on my keyboard)
mouse wheel up - binocs
mouse wheel down - dressing
mouse mid click - padles/wrench

I used to have parachute on space, but moved it to x 'cos it would change my weapon to grapling hook when jumping on 0.6 =)

Also changed esc to work ingame only with double click, pissed me off when I always press it after typing a message and had to wait for the menu. Too used to type in xfire I guess =)
