50 cal iron sights for all vehicles

Post by blackeagle1992 »

heres a thing i dont understand why the hell do you have 50 cal and pkm and whatever this chinese weapon is on a jeep but you dont have it on a tank?

i am not asking already for an iron sights of a mounted saw or a mini gun i am just simply asking for normal iron sights on a tank upper machine gun
simple suggestion but very important

Because they're a lot of work to make I think. Be patient I'd say.

1. Why do we need 0.50" ironsights on all viechles. TBH, they wouldnt be that useful on support jeeps, as they don't have .50 cals :p

2. M2 (US/UK), Kord (MEC/Insurgents/Malitia), DshKM (or some Chinese variant thereof) (PLA). The PKM is a 7.62x54mm GPMG, not a 12.7mm HMG.

3. I'm sure its being worked on.
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

Well the ones on the medium transports (humvee, vodnik, Nanjing) aren't real ironsights, just an adjustment of camera view.

ya on the nanjing, the iron sights don't work right... you have to aim above of your intended target (or so i believe)

Yes, you have to aim above... Unfortunately, that means it is impossible to see what you are shooting at. You cannot tell where the bullets land. It is rather problematic, really.

Don't you think that if it were that easy, the devs would have already done it?

If you press C, your sight of view will change to the vBF2's one.
I only use it for the Najing and when driving in a humvee, since your view is downsized alot with the new ironsights.

That is along the lines of what I found works well. I switch to the broad view while scanning and engaging close targets but anything requiring more aim I drop down to the narrow view. Works well for me until I get picked off

Sod ironsights. Tracers are where it's at.
