Its a message you get if you try to join the server when it has 62 people on it.

They haven't updated their message to say, you have been kicked to save spots for admins, or what ever they are going to say.

I think it's definitely a server worth paying for. It's almost always fairly populated, I get few disconnects, really great quality players, and it's awesome jumping into a full server whenever you want.

I just wait until it drops down to 61. Usually happens after a while.
