What computer specs are you guys using to play?

dell XPS gen4 3.4ghz 670 pent4
320gig HD in Raid0
2 gig memory
dual 6800GTO pci express(256) in SLI vid cards
20" crt monitor
Audigy2 soundcard

never have had a hiccup or problem with this rig,little spendy but never an issue with the games ive run on it.Maxed out settings in BF2 and still get 80 to 90 fps with no windows or refresh tweeks.

have the same base as you but other than that the only thing i have you bested on is the processor

who in hell is yojumbo? and what pc specs does he have? has any one got eny suggestions on a graph card? i have my eye on the geforce 7800 GTX, GeFORCE 7800 GT, ATi DAREON X850 XL

im probably gonna get the 7800 GT or savefor about 3 or 4 more moths to get the GTX, anyone got any suggestions and the ins and outs? like which cards to put in where, *whisper*how to open a PC case without PC WORLD UK knowing that i have opened it so i dont lose my warranty*whisper* and just general stuff like that.

If it was me, I would go with the nvidia 7800. Dont really care for the ATI as far as the catalyst goes....but really theyre all excellent cards, all depends on your flavor.

If you're looking to spend that kind of money, you might want to check out the new Radeon X1800 series. They have some serious power.
