I reckon capping certain flags allows you to build certain structures. My theory anyway, and it's a brain dead theory at 6:20am. Air law revision finished, time for tea and breakfast, then sleep.

hey thanx to whoever refreashed my thread. it was drowning under the others and was going to die. those winks from devs still give me shivers. still.. the only problem with this idea still is the human side of things. people will abuse commander assets so maybe it will just become the new bass rape rule or even replace it now seein as it can be sabotaged with real effect and not just an empty jeep or mining the way out.

Well if an idea like mine is implemented (commander abilities are operated on points gained from flags), there shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The way we are planning on doing this is pretty far along from a design perspective. We started with the notion shortly before v0.5 was released and with v0.6 we're into sorting out the last major elements of the design (which we hope to release as playable with v0.7).

A few things we learnt with v0.6 have helped figure out the last few pieces from a design perspective. We haven't had time to revisit it and wrap up the design, but will do shortly after we release v0.6.

+1 for me i like it. I wouild love to have to have a recon helo flying around to find there base and the game WOULD never be the same.

i was thinkn bout this thread yesterday. any more dirt we can here bout?
lookn at qinlings size and basic rolling valleys would i be right in asuming the custom mains will be happening here?
