Parachute fix

I think that parachutes should be able to rip when someone shoots it if you parachuting.

I also think that they should only be able to be deployed at a certain alt. because it real life you cant parachute for a 4 story hotel because a parachute doesnt open that fast

I wouldn't be surprised if the answer to both suggestions
has something to do with the h-word...

The mod doesn't even have parachutes anymore. Except for Airport.

it does. At least if I remember correctly one of the devs said that pretty much anything related to parachutes is hardcoded.
