a few suggestions
1.invert control for mounted machine guns and if you can for a light machine gun when in prone position
2.if you can do that(no engine limits) less recoil for guns in prone positions
3.realistic weapons-use the weapons (or if youre not to lazy make them yourselves) from operation peacekeeper cuz when you use a weapon in bf2(and project reality since its the same weapons) it feels like fake plastic gun toy and its got zoom when aiming down the iron sights(which is 100% unrealistic) in operation peacekeeper the weapons look and sound realistic plus no idiotic unrealistic zoom for iron sights.
and take the scope sight look from the serbian sniper there cuz this is a realistic dragunov scope look.
now the 2 first suggestions are not so important
and its okay if you ignore them(as you always do)
but the 3rd suggestion you gotta pay attention to it i dont care if it already was suggested and by the way if it was suggested in the past and you ignored it then you are real idiots(but if it wasnt suggested then youre not so dont get angry on me)
hope you will pay attention with respect

Blackeagle, I'm going to say this as constructively as I can.
The (very) slight zoom is supposed to represent the eye's narrower focus when sighting down a weapon's ironsights. It also allows the field of view to be narrowed slightly, to represent the lessening of a soldier's peripheral vision whilst sighting. Unfortunately neither of these effects can be modelled in any way other than the slight zoom- the game's engine doesn't allow for any sharpening of vision without zooming.
No-one stated you hadn't aimed a weapon, and no-one's claiming that the zoom effect is *realistic* - it's a model of an effect; the best comprimise allowable given the constraints of the engine. The real narrowing/focusing effect you gain when sighting a weapon with ironsights is simply impossible to model using the game's abilities.
Finally, it seems from your original post that you have a genuine desire to be taken seriously with your suggestions. If this is the case, I'd suggest you refrain:
from saying you don't care if things have already been suggested.
from suggesting the team disregard all suggestions out-of-hand, and
from calling the mod's team idiots
The first point is likely to get you attacked by certain members of the forums who hate people posting without first searching for similar suggestions; the second point is likely to get you attacked by the Devs; and the third point is likely to get you attacked by, quite frankly, everyone.

You call the Devs potential idiots, demand i.e. "gotta pay attention" and then ask them for respect!?!
1. Inverted mouse to simulate use of a bipod? That would take some getting used to and I'm not so sure it would feel right even though I get what your trying to acheive, lift the stock = barrel tips down (pivots on bipod).
2. Not sure how recoil would be less in any position, the rifle "kicks" the same no matter what. If you mean more accurate based on pron stance then sure. I think aim is already effected by stance.
3. I understand what your saying but I would imagine it would take a good deal of work to achieve. It might be something we see down the line. Have you played Red Orchestra? Is there sights what your after?

Er....firstly,this is a suggestions forum,so please try to actually suggest stuff rather than plainly demanding it and calling the dev team idiots.
So,now to you actual suggestions:
1 and 2: A not too bad idea for simulating the bipod, but you have still the issue with not being able to differ if you are moving the weapon around the bipod or moving the weapon as a whole.
So, to 3(or rather 3,4 and 5): I think that the weapons mostly do look pretty realistic and "gritty",only the M16 still has some toy-like look, but this will be fixed with the M16A4 model with the ACOG.
The little zoom on the normal ironsights is only x1.5,and it simulates qujite well the focussing on something. When you really focus your sight on some object, it will not grow bigger, but it will become sharper in its appearance and the contrast are better, Since we have to fight with the engine, this is as far as we get.
As to the scopes: First, could it be that you meant the Mosin Nagant rather than the SVD? They may have different scopes, but i do not have first-hand experience here. And secondly,I trust that the dev's have made sure that the actual sight resembles the real.
You,on the contrary, should not assume that everything you saw in Operation Peacekeeper is for real....

(He's banned, (and good riddance) so asking questions of him is now um, well. Pointless

By the way,the 1992 apparently stands for his year of birth,so he is about 14,combine this with a special kind of upbringing, well then you have him......
