I love this vBulletin forum system you use. It is by far the best I have seen. I have one small request, though: Allow us to easily find our own posts. Currently, there is no quick way to do this - you have to either 'Search' for your own posts or access your profile page (example: mine: http://realitymod.com/forum/member.php?u=2149 ) which is not easily accessible (you have to either browse the Members List or find one of your own posts in a thread).
Finding your own (recent) posts is something you want to do often and it would save a lot of time if there was a quick and dirty way to do it. Sure, there are workarounds and the thread subscription options but it is not quite the same.

I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it. ~Voltaire
If you are a serious PR gamer do not put up with the chaotic public server gameplay! There are much betteroptionsavailable. Also, be sure to avoid making these common basic mistakes.

You know Taxi, it usually helps if you actually read what people write instead of letting your personal dislike for them get the better of you.

And I'd watch the attitude. You've already been banned once.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Tode -> No email notification
http://realitymod.com/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions
In this way you see all threads were you wrote something like a own custom forum in your CP.

Thanks, Bubba. The problem is I already have a LOT of subscribed threads.
Recon, yeah. It is just a small suggestion to improve an already very functional forum. It is just a few seconds, true, but if you add up all the time for all users to search, though, it becomes a LOT.
Geze, thanks for the warning, man! Everybody is so nice and friendly around here and it is great to see everybody gets treated equally whether they are regular users or devs. It is just great to know freedom of speech applies here and visitors are not threatened into submission like in some dictatorship.

What is it with online forums and people likening the admins on them to dictatorships?! For those who struggle with the difference, here's a clue:
If you're being held face down in a bowl of ice-cold water whilst having the soles of your feet beaten with live electrical wire whilst your wife is being violated in the next cell along and your kids have been taken away and forced to join a child army, then it's probably NOT because you've upset a forum administrator.
Every time someone likens an online moderator or administrator to a dictatorship they show a complete lack of respect and utter disregard for the true suffering felt by millions at the hands of totalitarian regimes. Can it already!

"Did they say what he's angry about?" asked Annette Mitchell, 77, of the district, stranded after seeing a double feature of "Piranha 3D" and "The Last Exorcism." - Washington Post

Well technically, forums ARE dictatorships. The people who run them (Admins and Mods) are not elected, and the admin team have absolute power. They do what they like with the forum structure, layout and guidelines. They can treat users how they want, and no normal user has any power to stop them. Classic dictatorship. But hell, it works well (for most people)Apheirox wrote:Thanks, Bubba. The problem is I already have a LOT of subscribed threads.
