Radio Sounds
I think it would be cool that every time you like keyed the radio it made a blip sound or something or maybe it actually sounded like you were talking over a radio.
If you believe in Jesus Christ , have accepted him as your lord and savior, and are 100% proud of it, put this in your sig .

What if your teammates are not right next to you?
Most of the time, squad members are not within voice communication range.
On the other hand, communication systems that use end of transmissions sounds are not that common. I think the only place I've seen this used consistently is over the public service band. It's not used with intercom systems inside vehicles, nor over VHF or aviation frequencies nor over microwave communication systems (not those I used anyway). I'm not all that familiar with currently used military system though, but I don't see any reason it should be a different situation.
So, although it could be seen as a "cool" feature, I don't think adding this would be a great gain in realism; Even for radio based communications.
EDIT: Ok, just saw a few actions videos were you can clearly hear radio chatter between vehicles. You have a sound marking the beginning of the transmission. Whether its the same for inter-personal communication I do not know though.
Maybe you could have this for communications coming from people on board vehicles. That would add a nice touch to it
