Project Reality Crashing

everytime im about to click

*join game*

it just crashes back to my desktop...

it worked fine with v.05...

anyone have the same problem?

Re-download your v0.6 It was a corrupt file. I had to do this as well. First one from the official soft release forum (The first direct link not the UK one) didn't work for me, crashed when loading a server (Yes .6 server) so I re downloaded it and installed it and it was fine.

Make sure you get rid of all older versions of PR and betas. You must have be joining a red text server (don't join those) or you're either joining a 0.5 server. Join a server that has 0.6 in the name.

Before re-downloading, you may want to simply try:
- uninstall
- make sure the pr directory is gone from bf2\mods
- reinstall

Also, if you want to check the file integrity, you could check it against this MD5 checksum b5a17082ece46c5873127ccd9615a000 using a tool like this: http://www.etree.org/md5com.html
