Lost connection

For some reason all of a sudden, whenever I try to join a server it says you have lost connecting to the server, or something like that. Its not just every so often, its EVERY time. It started happening as soon as i downloaded .6 final. It never happened in the beta builds.(well, not never, but very rarely)

I have a similer problem i can play but every server i goto i get connection errors and usely drop from the server my internet is fine doesnt go off but i lose connection to the server seems like people are avoiding the laggy and connection issues questions as no one answerd my other problem either.
