Developers?

If you are a serious PR gamer do not put up with the chaotic public server gameplay! There are much betteroptionsavailable. Also, be sure to avoid making these common basic mistakes.

It was a bug but they kept it in as it's not a problem. I know I like it.

Not much good if you don't have any left. Also, i'd rather keep them for other people/emergencies. And it's not a glitch if it was a 'bug' that was kept in intentionally is it? It simulates a medic healing himself by having to look down while standing up. Maybe stiching up a wound or something.Outlawz wrote:I rather use the field dressings I have and stay out of trouble, no exploiting medic bag glitches for me![]()

I have also never heard about it (I used bandages all the time in 0.6beta and I had no problem with it) and found this bug only thanks to Spearhead's guide.
I think it is realistic feature, but it should be much harder (slower in game) to heal himself then to heal others.

Take a look at Wolfe's 60 second v0.6 newbie guide, tells you basically all you need to know that's new.

Another good tip would be once you get the self healing going ( whilst standing up) go immediately to crouch, when the healing stops stand up for a split second to get the healing going again then crouch.
Least that way your not totally a sitting duck.
