Help? No servers showing up for .6 regradless of Filters

I installed .6 and cannot get ANY servers to show up regardless of the filters I use. At first, I didn't take off .5, but I tried putting .6 on after totally uninstalling after i realized I hadn't taken .5 off.

I have tried everything i know of. Several uninstalls and reinstalls... and nothing. Anyone with the same problem?

Help?

I can give more info, but I dont know what else to include...
The open beta's ran just fine...

Im not sure I got you right, but just uninstall PR (every instance of it) and then install PR 0.6.

You should always uninstall previous releases before installing a new one.

The pr beta ran fine because it installed into a different directory.

hmm.. i didnt do that at first, but i did after thinkking about it. still no dice.. however, after my friend joined a .6 server (TG i think) he xfired me the address and I "joined IP" and got on fine for several rounds...

But after leaving... nothing showed up still...

its got me boggled... *sigh*

did you installed BF2 patch1.41!? and you dont use any no-cd patch (wich will forcing your 1.41 BF2 to be 1.40 and with 1.40 you dont see any server!)?

When did 1.41 come out...recently? .5 always worked and so did all the open betas. And a friend of mine wasgetting servers last night and he hasnt downloaded an update recently.

And no, no "no cd" cracks or anything.

i looked for a 1.41 patch and found a site that had uploaded it in february... I have either had this download since then... or... why would .5 have worked back then? so i assume I have it, but i will download 1.41 and reinstall it... just to make sure...

sorry to keep bumping this thread, but I checked on the community tab of PR and saw that my vbf2 read 1.4 Do 1.4 and 1.41 both show up as this? If not, then I guess that is the problem... but why would it not cause a problem until now? I played .5 perfectly and same with the Open Betas...

20 minutes until download is finished, then I'll see if thats the problem...

still no joy. I have 1.41 installed, sure i did from the beginning anyway, but reinstalled none the less.

I have tried all filters, no filters, everything. Is anyone else having this problem? i know some had a problem with .5 servers showing up, but im not even getting those!!!

F that. So after restarting my PC again, it all works.... *shrug* ???

Lock/delete this whenever you find time...
