* Arresting civilians: +6 points
* Killing insurgent embedded SF operator (Insurgent officer): +6 points
* Killing a civilian: -3 points

This conflicts with the description in PDF.

Blargh, I took the values from the beta post without realizing they were outdated. Fixed now.
