Got any moments that completely dumbfounded you?

Zatar Wetlands, Sunday:
Last night with my squad, we blew up a bridge to deny enemy armor access to the front. Shortly after it's demolition, a tank starts coming our way...basic convo on VOIP:

"Enemy tank inbound"
Roger that -take cover until he passes

(silence)

-what's the position of that tank?

(silence)

"Ughh...<inaudible>...I think he fell in the hole"
-What? Really? He drove straight into the hole?!"
"Roger that. Tanks is underwater"

It was hard to stop laughing as we ran to the bridge to verify the tank was, quite literally, underwater. And as I'm laughing I spot Dumb and Dumber swimming to shore. We hosed 'em both while getting a good chuckle out of that situation. Totally unexpected.

Still though. How do you drive a tank over a blown out bridge?

How do you crash a car while drunk? Mystery moments!

I had one, two infact. Zatar Wetlands, I was MEC and had a tank, I suddenly blow up. I take another one as there's nobody using them. I suddenly blow up again. This time I can just about see something in the distance. I take a third tank all the way around to the north and come from behind, and I suddenly blow up.

Seems that USMC Tanks are invisible on Zatar Wetlands, due to the colour of the tanks and the fog.

Yeah, you need a spotter on Zatar and hide the tanks untill you find, where they're hiding at...

once on kashan, one of my squad mates shot down an enemy chopper that was hovering trying to kill us.

Funny thing was he shot it with a tank.

Yesterday on Road to Kyongan'Ni... I was in a squad mostly composed of people with sense and VOIP. However there was a guy who didn't have VOIP and seemed to be new to PR. Now I don't mind new people, in fact I've been making "NewToPR" squads and showing people the ropes... but this, this was different. We'll call him TunedOut.

Viper: No... that's a field dressing.
TunedOut: [holds out grenade]
Viper: No... that's a grenade
SL: [Snickering]
TunedOut: [holds out a flashbang]
Viper: NO... that's a flashbang
TunedOut: [holds out his gun]
Viper: NO... that's your gun
TunedOut: [gets up and walks off]
TunedOut has left your squad
Viper: Need Ammo!

By then the APC had gone. The funniest part was the squad leader snickering on VOIP at all of this...
