'[R-COD wrote:Desertfox']Same can be said for weapons though but yet we can still pick up the enemy's ;)
Vehicles can be seen farther from a distance than the weapon you are carrying in your hand. Harder to differenciate in BF2's engine

The actual issue in OP is simply his team is not picking him up thats all.
There is'nt an issue with something else that has'nt been reported on already. It's not just not being picked up! What if your squad is dropped off behind enemy lines to sabotage assets vital to enemy armor reinforcements? And there are no vehicles other then an enemy transport would'nt you want to take it? It's not just kashan i'm talking about it's all maps. Seven gates/Ghost Train/Qwai river/Mestia.

Listen i want to know why people are against this Idea? Seriously tell me why this would be bad?

As far as I know, this "hotwiring" is hardcoded.

In other words, there isn't a way to allow certain teams enter another teams vehicle without it showing up on the minimap.

Seven Gates? You can walk it less than 2.5 minutes.
Ghost Train, the same.
Mestia? You can walk it.
Qwai? Big but not that big.

Leads to Teamkills since PR's vehicles have always been locked to the teams and would create confusion.
I doubt in real life (apart from those movies you've seen) that anyone would use enemy vehicles oin combat. I just isn't safe.

Does that answer you're question?

1. But the essex gun on gator was able to switch sides with who ever controlled the flight deck.

2. I'm saying it should show up on the mini map! Geez is that what everyones been not thinking?

3. Ok gates and ghost are okay but mestia and qwia are a *****.

4. If there was an urgent need would'nt you do it?

5. Sort of but i still want a dev to answer it.
