Ok this is really driving me crazy. I have not seen a post on it about the recent version so here it is ....

What is up with getting "disconnected from the server" all the F'ing time. Its not just me i've been asking around too.

Also, the Escape twice thing doesnt work for me at all nor my buddy who plays next to me sometimes. When the yellow text "problem with your connection" appears i try the escape thing but looking on my buddys screen it instantly already says "pilotpreston" has been disconnected.....

What is the deal. its almost unbearable to play. Just now i was disconnected from 101 Airborne 4 times within 15 min.

The number is always different i know because my buddy plays sometimes and comps are side by side, i can see his screen.

So here is a question. If two computers are pretty much side by side and are running on the same wireless router do you think that could be causing the problems I am experiencing?

Anyone had this problem.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem, and I've looked at the thread a couple of times but I don't really know what the problem could be :s

Assuming you are not using a key generator or CD crack, I would advise you to reinstall the mod (and the game if it happens with BF2 as well). This is probably the best fix I think you could try.

Also, you could try swapping your network cables around where they go into the router as your buddy might be plugged into some "primary" slot which gives him priority over your connection.

Probably long-shots, but it's better than no one posting in your thread at all

EDIT: Just noticed it is a wireless router, so there are no slots. But does it happen when your friend is not connected at the same time?

because youre the 35th player on the server and thats your number, server assigns to you...

well i've talked with a few player online about it and here is what we think.

We think it is something with the NETGEAR router. It only happens we we are both online. One of us can play forever with no problem.

I have a linksys router as we and i will try that one.

No our games are not pirated. And i have installed re-installed many times.

I really think now it has to do something with the router.
