I searched found stuff but none that I was looking for and the others where from last year.

Can we get better explosion effects, blood effects, sky effects, and just about any other effects we can think of because the ones I seen in videos and ingame look horrible imo.

I'd like to see some better explosions too...who knows what it'd do to the game though, might lag like hell.

We'd love to get better particle effects than dice's, & I'm sure it's possible with equal or lower polycounts. I doubt any other devs would have the time or patience for the task given the current workload, so if someone from the community wants to do their homework & step up, maybe even dissect some of the better bf2142 effects...

Well, I think saying that the current one's look "horrible" is a bit harsh.
