Littlebird on Kufra Oil Fields

I have noticed that in .609, the little bird doesn't spawn back after it is blown up for the first time. I've played around where it was destroyed within 5 min and 1.5 hours later when the round ended, it still hadn't spawned. Sorry if its been posted before, but a search came up with nothing.

you have to makesure the skeleton of the littlebird is destroyed..

The helicopters don't respawn on that map =/
They should respawn after like 10 minutes imo
