Me and a few of my squad we're on the SFP-PHOENIX-FR PR0.6 Stats server last night on the Desert Storm map when we witnessed mulipul car & supply drops and i dont mean one or two it was 100s (see pictures). Plus there was at least 1 guy called [RBK] Zacharia who getting some interestingly high kills 39 kills to no deaths on the map (Ghost Train) before and 72 kills when i left left Desert Storm with many others as something was very wrong.

Those are hacks, not PR bugs. Those are often found ruining vBF2 games as well.

banished (that make a few times that it were located), too equivocal score.... The problem of cheat commander, it
is not the premère time that one meets this kind of problem....It is only the cheat flagrand located since the creation of our waiter
PR version 0.5....

i remember this hack from vBF2, hadn't seen it for some months though

when it was used in our server, i was never able to see who did it because everyone had normal scores, so my guess is that this guy was using more then 1 hack.

i moved to PR because i was sick of Hacking, Bunny hopping, winging, Hackusations ( when someone accuses you of having hacks ) etc

IIRC the hacker dosent have to be the commander to start the cartillery or in this case the boxtillery

good too see SFP acted fast to stamp it out on their server

i believe the cartillery/boxtillery came from the US side which i was on and my have been carried out by guys with a tag something like smnt but i could have been wrong as i didnt get a screenie of their names

You know that you banned the wrong person?
You don't need to be a Commander to use the Commander hack and this dosen't give you any points.

no ones that good, on the map before [RBK] Zacharia joined half way through and ended in 1st place over all with 39 kills and no deaths with over 1200 points, i was in 2nd place with around 20 kills and some deaths and only around 450 points, no ones that good too end up with 2 too 3 times the kills of the next highest person round in round out without something dodgy going on.

I saw a guy named Tweaker with 2986 points or something on Kashan Desert. He had 88 kills 0 deaths, and I couldn't explain it. Unfortunately I didn't get a screen shot cause i'm not sure how to do it.

using punkbusted (not punkbuster) will give every admin all infos about every player whos playing on his server(s).

by excluding regular players and clan members the admin will be able to sort out a small group of suspected hackers.

if this hacker will visit the server more than once, it will be just a matter of time to sort him out.

BUT its a very time expensive way :/

hey ho.

Today i encountered the same prob/hack on the Wattwuermer.org server, where some guys on the other side accused me of hacking as commander. After i dropped the frist crate for a squad, i heard that sound of dropping crates all over again and saw it on the minimap...it stopped after the next Squad requested supplies.

Is there any chance to find out whos influencing the commanders tools?

To confirm, it is NOT the commander that does this. So to the OP, it is almost 100% likely that you banned completely the wrong guy. The commander supply/vehicle drop/arty hack can be used by anyone.

It is a very annoying hack and slows down or even crashes the server sometimes. Particularly difficult to track down the culprits too. But we will!

forgive me if i am mistaken, but dose the commander get points for every vehicle and supply box droped? if so this would account for an incredibly high score that round, weather he had any control of it or not.

you might want to investigate the player banned further to make sure that he is the actual offending party.
