civilian - suicide bomb kit ?

hi,

how about some suicide bomb kit for the civilian, so you can blow yourself up in case you are going to be arested ? lets say 10 pound of c4 covered under the clothes. could be limited like the sniper-kits, 1 or 2 per side.

This would make Civilians even more ANnoying.

Anyway, If you could kill the Civi without losing tickets then i would be fine, if not.. then having a suicide kit for Civi is stupid.
