PR clan

Post by Hitperson »

What else could be the greatest way to promote PR then starting a clan. This would atract interested people form vanilla BF2 (if you play on those servers) and generally other bods who are looking for a clan to join.

PROMOTE PR.

I've never been a fan of clans, not that it will change, but what does being a clan bring? I like jsut going to the shout box and saying "OK BITCHAS WHO WANTS TO DIE"

Well, IMO clans do add something in the sense of having one group of people you fight all you games with which allows you to develop tactics and such. Plus it's fun.

On topic, if any clan would like to convert to PRMM, please do! It seems like a good idea to me.

If there is a PRMM (PR) clan out there, I will seriously consider joining it.

The only thing to stop me would be FH... I can't decide which I like more.. .PR or FH2.... ack!

Maybe I can be in both...

Yea, you really have to join a decent, mature clan to see whats the big deal. The clan Ive been leading for about 3 years is just mature people, mostly adults, who like to get together, have fun and play the game how it was meant to be played, with teamwork. Sure you come across those clans that do nothing but ruin everyones gameplay, but thats bound to happen a lot with the society today.
I would definately like to see a ladder or 2 up for PR(MM) , that would be awesome. We started out a DC clan, then thought we would move to BF2.....WRONG! Its one of the most horrid games Ive played, and thats being nice. But thats what mods are for, of course, to fix gameplay and make it the way the community wants it.
Anywho, as far as I know, the PR tournment deal is still being worked on. But I would definately like to see some ladders for it for the more competitive bunch.

the PR tournament that was in the concept stages, isnt a ladder style clan based tournament it was a unit based 21CW or BF2C style tournament

both tournaments but a bit of an apples to oranges comparison

Right, As I said, I think there should be the tournament for the community, and ladders for the more competitive bunch, those who like to see winning/losing records and all that.

We at Battlefield-command played PRMM in one of our skrims and it seemed fun until it restarted the Battle server a number of times. Had to revert to BF2.
But we will try again with new releases because variety is allways fun.

It's a FREE UK hosted Tourny but we have members from the states also.

The new Season is starting fairly soon actually, so now would be a good time to join and meet everyone. Things switch around...

If anyone is looking for a PR clan, send a friend invite to firephoenixx007, or add [email protected] to your MSN friends list. I'll talk you.

Just an idea but how about a forum section devoted to PR clans. This way others looking can join a team dedicated to the best of the PRMM. Also that will give way to a global set of "Rules" for PR clans that way all are conducted in the same professional game play manner that PR displays. I am in a clan but would always play with a fair dedicated bunch of gamers.

Like I said just an idea. PRMM ROCKS!
