one of the dev's asked that I post this here so Imma doing it.

Basically this is a TK script I wrote for the original BF2 cuz I thought it the derfault was really bad. Its sorta a chunky hybrid (if you look at the code) because I merged it with someone else's TK script (they are ok with it) since they had some features I wanted to implement. Then I completely made it a whole lot better by adding features such as the abillity to LIMIT punishing of AT mines, artillery, and claymores (I call them passive weapons) and then elminiate punishing when you get killed by a heat seeking missle (which to my knowledge is extremely difficult to kill someone with on purpose). Likewise, you can earn off punishes on your record by scoring kills on the enemy. The default value is you earn off one TK every 5 kills (this is editable within the script).

The script currently does no advertiseing by default, so its fairly silent. I recommend keeping it in "pardon" mode since this is what I wrote and is what I can support.

The script resets the number of punishes each player has at the end of the round.

Currently, it is designed to replace the default TK script, which is independent of the mod directory from what I can tell. One could probably add this to the mod without affecting the external script by simply renaming it, putting it in the mod directory, and having it initialzed (and the default script would have to be turned off it isn't already). I haven't tried this, but it might work.

Has anyone have a script that prevent player enter vehicle - that implemented in PR mod (can't enter some enemy vehicles)?

No, entering enemy vehicles isnt a script, its an option to lock vehicles in the editor, when you make the map :roll:
