@Bubba: D'oh, the most obvious again
Now that I am not half sleeping a better help on pronounciation of Sanitäter:
Sani- short, like "sunny" but with a soft "s".
Täter- long, a bit like "tatter" but spoken slowlier and with an ä instead of the a.

Bunker= Bunker
kindergarden= Kindergarten
leader= Führer

Working in a telecom company, I had a german customer calling asking for somebody who spoke fluently german. I asked my teammates to please take the call for me.
After a while one from the senior staff looked at me and asked why I couldn't take the call? I look him straight in the eye and said: Well, as long as the customer is willing to take orders and hear shouts of "SNIPER!", "attack left flank!", "grenade, TAKE COVER!", I could take the call.
Offcourse, in true MOH:AA spirit I yelled every tagline i knew. 7 years later, he is still scared of me.

I'd like to brush up on my German too but its such a complicated lang coupled with my debilitating and weakened old age i find it hard to learn new things
Anyhow in my exp ive found that all German squads are usually quite accommodating to non german speaking players. I know its kinda wrong for anyone to expect ppl to speak a diff lang just because of one in a squad that doesnt. There are squads that welcome english speaking players I must give Kudos to those who do this, they dont have to but they do, kinda revives my faith in human nature a bit.
On the other hand it also makes me feel a bit inept that i havent taken the time to learn atleast a little of their native lang, but the english speaking germans can sometimes pronounce and speak better english than i do!
Must admit though i do like playing alongside english speaking germans.., their sense of humour cracks me up bigtime.

Flashpoint has a weeks worth of out the box gameplay, after that it's boring. "
