Cant Install!?

just dwnlaoded ur 0.6 version
and i went to install it
but when i goto extract it with WinRAR it jsut does nuthing
doesnt extract just brings up the menu and stays like tht
wots the problem guys?

Just randomly opened install wizard
plz close this now
