armor/sprint vs classes

Post by billdan »

ive played a lot of bf2 and pr but have never really understood how this works...

say i spawn rifleman. i can take three 5.56 torso/limb hits before dying

now if i pick up a sniper or some other kit that doesnt have body armor after i've spawned rifleman, can only two 5.56 hits kill me now? do i have an extra long sprint meter now as well?

this i believe is unique to PR over regular bf2, but you keep your base class.

And since armored sprint is loads? i see Spec ops as a nub class with no purpose.

specopers say: "BUT they are great in CQB"

whatever...

so yea, if you want an armored sniper? take a rifleman kit and then go sniper, throw down the ammo bag while you are at it, its just good manners :)

Psh, they do dominate CQB, especially when someone smoked your building out.

Wait, let me rephrase. USMC Spec Ops is great in CQB. Everyone else is already good at it.
