Suggestion/question about scout helos

Post by Crunchieman »

Since I forgot the name of that chopper, and could not search anything, I was wondering if you will put that scout chopper in the game that has 360 rotation on top of the rotor so that the passanger can finally do something in a scout chopper?

Also, is there a way to make it that officers/some vehicals can set down waypoints for EVERY one to see? For example if an officer needs a cobra barrage on south village can he mark the place with a little icon of air attack request? I know this is probably all suggested, but just throwing this in here with the first questions.

Thanks so much guys!

1) have to be more clear there

2) this is a regular discussion point. For now there are numerous ways of getting your messages across, including adopting a 4 figure map reference system, that is a lot easier than a bunch of programmers trying to make something work that vBF2 hard coding never allowed.

I think he is talking about the MH/AH6 with the sensor pod that is used to hand off targets to the attack helos.
I think I heard that it might be possible to put something like the tank commanders view on the scout helo.
And as the windshield melts
My tears evaporate
Leaving only charcoal to defend.
Finally I understand the feelings of the few.

Yeah, I'm thinking Kiowa also. Littlebirds don't have the big ball on top.

Kiowa Warrior ftw.

That model has been sitting in the media section for so very long...
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

Yeah the alien head chopper needs to be in! Infact, I'll also propose they allow team commander to be riding in it as the observer. He'd get better battlefield awareness.

These choppers would be very useful if there was some type of "Marker set" that you can put in order for choppers/etc to see what to strike.

The Lynx deserves more love. Britain is the only mainstream faction without a light troop transport.
