Hiu, im new the PR communtiy and i have 2 questions, is the supposed to have singleplayer? becuase when i tried to play it no maps came up, which brings me to my second question, do have like bad connection becuase i went to multiplayer and no servers came up ethir

Please help

Try to change some filter settings in you servers browser... maybe it will change something (especialy "no vehicles" filter).

When you select multiplayer > join internet you get bunch of filters there. Just select the filters "same version", "same mod" and all 3 map sizes and you will get all the servers. If you select "ranked" for example you wont get any servers.
And as Rangers suggested, you will get all the info on Single Player in Single Player section of the forums.
And read the guide that comes with the game. It will help you a lot
