C4 pickup

C4 pickup

Is it possible to change the game to allow c4 to be picked up after you place it?

Its stupid that you cant pick it up again as spec ops.

Should be very possible: You can pickup mines. You should be able to do the same with C4 (ie other spec ops disarming your C4).

i think he ment a spec opp who planted the C4 to pick it up and reload it if i missplaced it...

But ye also defusing C4 would be cool :wink:

You do the same with mines. If you pick up an enemy mine, you defuse it. If you pick up your own, you get it back to deploy.

I havent actually thought about if you get back an enemy mine...

ye but u need a spanner for that, u dont want to give a spec opps a spanner too :razz:

I'd say it should be possible to make it so the wrench makes c4 go away, or so some new tool spec ops gets disarms the c4 or something.

lol C4 isn't defused like its done in your average Die Hard or Speed. Just a flick of a switch! You could cut the wires, but it means that you would need to re-wire it or in some cases get new detonators.

you have to aim and cut the righ wire



that might put noobs off especially if it is not the red wire :grin:

a good idea. But arent SF getting reworked into this mod because of the realistism aspects of SF fighting with USMC on a large scale? Seeing as they have no missions to blow up arty anymore, whats the point in having them? I have a feeling they dont belong in the game but correct me if I'm wrong.
