Shotgun and mounted weaponry sights

The problem is IRL when u shoot .50 cal everyone on the other side of the gun is going prone and goes in every kind of hole he can find so u have that extra half a sec or even a whole one to fine the aiming. In game everyone just runs boldly on that gun and shoots everythin he got, and before u can fine aim at him/them their more accurate weapons already taking u down

Exactly, 50 Cal LMG's should be much more effective. Right now if a squad enters a choke point covered by a LMG they just do a frontal assault and usually take it out easily because there is no aim. I'm damn sure IRL, if there was a LMG position up ahead the squad would not think twice about flanking and finding another way round.
