Is their anyway to make reading the guide compulsory??

Latly I have been seeing people complain how they die for stupid reasons when in a tank or they can't get in any vechials I tell them what they are doing wrong but their just seems to be this eneless streem of them. So if theirs any way to make the guide compulsory im all for it
