I'm afraid the photos on that site aren't enough references to go on to build a new model, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

I have one question though "The Z-10 helicopter is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6C-67C turboshaft engines with Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC). The engines have a maximum continuous power of 1,531hp (1,142kw) each".

???????
They import them or make them under license ?
Yes, they do import them. China has also purchased Sikorsky S-70 (Blackhawk) helicopters and GM Defense HMMWVs.

The Z-9 is a license-produced variant of the Eurocopter AS365/565 Dauphin II (aka Panther) utility helicopter. It is found in utility (Z-9), naval (Z-9A) and attack (WZ-9 / Z-9G) versions.
