Medical deficiency

Post by Sgt_Canadian_Floss »

Medic is the kit with ZE MOST ACTION and teamwork
Running into ennemie fire, reviving, screaming in the mik : GET COVER, FOLLOW ME.
aaaaa good times, and when your good, your usually in the top ten of the map, with about no kill
But sometimes its just hard and harsh :
people dont understand that they dont reanimate at full health and still run into ennemie fire (more points for me, i got to revive them)
There are usually few medics around, so the job of healing is always issued to one person for two or three squads (defending square B3 in kashan, about three squads, im the only medic, choppers are attaking us, no one cares about taking the AA kit, and im reviving people by the shuvel and they are still complaining that im not doing my job)
And dont you hate when they are all GETTERING ON YOU to get healed and then a pinnapple shaped surprise pops out and takes you all out because people coulndt wait in line.
Or when you revive the squadleader instead of other people and they still complain.

People hate/love medics, but they have to understand that it is hard and requires some training, so before complaining about the medics, try and be one for a full round (alone).
I still love medic, and will continue to be one.

Yup, gotta love those pinapples. Recently I have started run away when people start piling on me. :o ops: Either they follow me to a safe place or they bleed to death.

That many people bleeding is usually a sign that enemy squad is coming your way. It means riflemen, with scopes and grenades are coming your way.

The most wired thing is when the guys prone instead of crouch and then they suddenly open the fire to engage an enemy and b00m your brain flies around like a hairspray ...

Code: Select all

Dear injured!

Pls don't prone when you are injured and a medic is healing you ... it'd make your job much easier if you just crouch ...

best regards

I usually don't revive people who are not in my squad, so I can tell the casualities to follow me behind cover etc. via VoIP.

I do that sort of thing too .., but i always seem to endup getting a whole load of grief over teamchat for not reviving players outside my squad :(

Its better to revive all guys. First its teamwork and second you can safe some tickets.

I make exceptions when the blue guy is in my range, but I sure wont run hundreds of meters so my SL/SM can get shot and die meanwhile.

exactly! it is up to the Blue guy to have a medic in his squad, that is ready to save his ***! instead of my squads medics healing some random dude out on his specops 1337 mission!

As i have applied earlier squads according to me should allways have 2 medics! depending on what your squads role is on the battlefield.

i think every squad should have a medic on it, helping or not it depends of the situation because is you are moving to an attack area you are not going back to health a guy 100 meters behind leaving your SM alone, (i can go back its close enough to return with my SM quickly, also if the injured soldier is alone and need help), another thing is if you are healing a mate you should be cover by your others SM, doing that you and the injuried soldier have more chances to live and keep fighting..

two medics working togheter in a squad is the best, if one dies, the other one can revive him, and help everyone else, usualy a medic should be the one talking the most over Voip (besides the squad leader)
