Ok. This map is awesome. I especially like 32man for the better city scraps.

Here are a few things I've noticed.
PCI-E nVidia 7600GT (incase that matters)

Strange walls. There were several around. Here and north of the city but below the oil cisterns bit. When you walk they warp and do look metallic.

These were both on the same round. I was insurgent, but also the caches spawned below ground so they couldn't be seen. I was the only one to get this that I know though. Disappeared on the next round.

The website hat the images were on was taken down a while back (Previous clan site). Fortunately being the old web administrator I had full backups of it all. So I've uploaded these images back onto imageshack. I know it's a bit outdated, but it just looked stupid without the images when I checked it.

First one is a BF2 bug, everyone gets the liquid metal textures from time to time.
Or on certain graphics cards?

Seen the low-rider vehicles before, it's also supposed to be a rare BF2 bug :p


And I agree on Basrah 32p version, it solves the problem of capturing/defending VCP (since VCP is the base), less IFVs, more city fighting etc.

Very rare bug, haven´t had that much at all. And I also have a 7600GT, I have had those sand bags before. But for some reason it hasn´t happened to me for a long time. Maybe certain drivers/settings?

not meaning to steal this guy sthread, but i got a bug with Bas as well, if you go in the pool at the palace and climb the south ladder out, it warps you to a ladder in E6

once you get to the top of the ladder in E6 it takes you back to the pool

the guys i was playing with at the time didn't belive me because they didn't get it, but one guy Sgt S hope experinced it to

Nope, didn't happen to me.
Which ladder in E6, maybe it can happen there (screenshot of the location plz)

I have a 7600gs and this happens only if in the settings Lightings is in Medium, try put in low, maybe works.

Yeah I have the melting walls to. I was going to try to fix it but its the only visual bug I have and its not helping or hurting me so no need to fix it.

I glad I not the only one! :razz:

Think that the problem doesn't only appears with N'vidia GC. I have a sapphire X800XL and got the same as you guys since 0.4 :-P .

a dev said tht the sandbag texture problems where caused by the engine (because PR uses up more resources it happens or something

haven't seen the lowrider, but now that I have, it'd be nice to change the jihad horn sound to zztop's "low rider". that would rock!
