Comments on the competition in general or on a specific entry must be placed here. When posting comments to a specific entry, please quote the entry you are referring to and replace the screenshot with a link to the screenshot. (Quote the post in the entry thread, select and copy the text you get. Go to the comments thread, create a new reply and paste the copied text. Then replace the tags around the screenshot URL with so you don't quote the large picture, and add your comments.)

To make these themes a tool called Desktop X is used, check out the link for more info on this and also tools to download, some of you may have heard of this?

There are some really good ones on hear, you may get some ideas from here too?

Also its possible to make login screens and numerous other things here.
