Cartridgen Stays After Shot

Post by Eddiereyes909 »

I was going to post this in the thread about the corpses, but it was locked,

Well here's my idea,

You know how when you fire your rifle the cartridge stays on the ground, for about 2 seconds, well it would be great and might i add allot more realistic, if the cartridge were to stay there a while longer.

not as long as the bodies, but only about 30 sec, that way when you walk in to capture a flag, you know where the enemy has been, and if the casings are still there that he cant be that far off.

So what do you think,

PS
This is my first thread in this section of the forums why, because i take the time to see if ideas that i like have been already suggested.

The longer it stays, the more lag you have as you will just be adding tons of extra objects to the map.

Besides, this was already discussed a while back.

good point but engine is too shitty to actually let the devs do this type of stuff.

I think this is an excellent idea. It would be brilliant to walk into a building where there has just been a firefight, with casings and bodies everywhere. :]

I'm sure it's a case of lag, of which there is enough already unfortunately. Perhaps it's time for some more RAM.....

This has been suggested before. I apologize if the search function is not working, but please make sure you exhaust all possible searches before posting a thread, thank you :-)

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
