Cant see my Stats

Post by RedMoonK »

Hi!
First of all: Thanks for this great Mod! I really LOVE it.

So, now my Question:
I have read a frew Threads in this Forum searching for "stats" but i did not find an answer for my Problem:
On the PR Stats site (http://www.gloryhoundz.com/stats/) I cant find my Stats. Some People in the Forum wrote their Stats are not correctly "refreshed". But my Stats are at least not availible. My PIN is: 13879911 and i should see my Stats on: http://www.gloryhoundz.com/stats/player ... d=13879911 (I think)
(Correct me if I`m wrong)
I did play this Mod for a several times on different Servers. (For about two Weeks and (more ore less 10 hours... i guess) I think there should be any Stats wich i should see. If someone has a answer please let me know. If this Question was already answered anywhere in this Forum => then it seems I´m too stupid for the search function (or my english is too bad ;-) )

thanks in advance -RMK

You dont need stats so dont worry about it, if you dont get fun from just playing PR and you have to get joy from stats then head back to vanilla,

since i have started playing i have never ever felt the need to look for any stats, other than maybe the actual ingames ones to see whos winning ;)

Well ok perhaps i dont need them, but i like watching my Stats. And theres a possibility to watch the Stats with this mod, so my question was just why i cant see my!?

Why? I love the Mod. Vanilla isnt so much fun. I dont think the stats are important for the game while playing it. But its interesting for yourself (after playing) to see if your getting better at the time or not ....

Well thats ok for you. If i would think the same, i wouldnt have started this thread, right?

But, thanks for your answer, but it did not help me so much. I think its great that you dont care about the stats, but i do (is this a crime?)

I just look at my stats after each game (the panel that says whos first in the first 20 players), It makes me want to perform better for the next game.

Can you remember what servers you played on? Not all run ABR...

Schrotti is right ABR doesn't count the Points any longer.

Sporadically the ABR stats do update.. but it's not often and mine has not updates since late September now.. I think the ABR stats is highly un-reliable at best. I wouldn't pay too much attention any more until some ABR updated news about it..

RedMoonk...why you getting all defensive? Relax man. I'd be willing to bet a vast majority of us never even consider rank as part of our game. In fact that's one of the reasons why a lot of us quit vBF2'oob in the first place.

Ranking equals point whoring and is a barrier to teamwork. Simply because sometimes you have to take more than a few bullets for the team. And a rank conscious player is reluctant to sacrifice his precious stats. < It's a mindset and common psychology.

And take notice that any veteran PR private can easily dust any ranked player in a heart-beat...and welcome to PR the BF2 Noob Filter.

No, it's not a crime. I personally could care less about my stats (except when I have to go and check them for the teamkiller thread ;) ) but there are people who do. That's absolutely fine by me, to each their own; be aware though that with no unlocks the ranks confer no advantage in-game, unless you are looking to go commander and someone else is too.
