On "Gloryhoundz" not work fine.
On "Gloryhoundz" work without change because only 16 players on this map. But if change work 32 and my server Gulf of Oman work on 32 players.
To finish this once and 4 eva, YOU MESS UP THE PRMM MOD WITH THAT:
i have binary compared the "PRMM02 rev1" level files with those out of the "copy and patch over" method
As exsample see here "Gulf of Oman" for the rest of the maps the result is similar.

As you can see the client.zip is equal on both sides, what makes the different is the server.zip
with that "copy and patch over" method you get different server files
and by the way i also compared the PRMM SERVER LEVEL FILES with my PRMM02 REV1 CLIENT LEVEL FILES, they are identical.
conclusion:
THE "PRMM0.2rev1patch.exe" DOES NOTHING WITH THE LEVEL FILES, YOUR SERVER LEVEL FILES ARE BROKEN.
On a map daqing_oilfields time respaun tanks, BMP, helicopters and planes is increased till 150-200 seconds.
On other maps time will be increased in the near future.
