lol, nope. You and i know with the current engine they can only go so far.

Don't get me wrong i love the game but with the release of other games it starting to show its "age."

I wish EA would stop @#$#ing around and hire you PR guys and be done with it ! haha

i have everything maxed except dynamic lights with a pentium 3Ghz, 2 gigs ram, and an 8600. if you mess with the nvidia control panel a bit you can make the game look much better.

i can tell in the screen above that bosco uses a custom color setting to make the bf2 engine look better.

Someone please tell me that the above is irony.

I run everything on High. The only way you're going to see amazing differences is loading all low settings on low resolution and then running it all high on high resolution. The difference is amazing and off the top of my head. Polygons aren't low count in the distance, they have truer lightmaps (esp with dynamic lights / shadows) clarity of polygons and other details such as blades of grass, roads that aren't just a "beaten path", mud bogs, etc etc.

Try to see the difference.

i run all on high, res is sill 1024X(whatever the number is) but the rest is on high and looks great, AMD 3400+, 2GB RAM, ATI1600pro 512mb. Still had some trouble until i got that second stick of RAM though. RAM is your friend.

Graphics are fine. Aging yes, but they arent bad. Everything on high, 4xAA, 16xAF except dynamic lighting and shadows, on medium.

I run on LOW settings only for faster loading times since my system is a bit older. A hint though to make your game look better when it's on low settings; Resolution 1024x(I can never remember either) turn on Dynamic Shadows, it helps a ton.

Intel Pentium 4 3.01GHz Processor
1024MB of RAM
Windows XP SP2
Nvidia 7950GT 512MB GPU (Only good thing in here)
Sound Blaster Live! 24 Bit Sound Card (Worthless FYI)
Stock Mouse, Keyboard, and Speakers (although I use a headset)

Although my CPU is fully capable of running on HIGH settings, I would load halfway into the game, and that sucks.

all you need is one more GB of RAM, and you should be good to go on all high.

HOLY SH*T At Bosco's screenie! Those look almost real! Do you use any special program or anything? Tell me your secrets!

Anyways, I have an AMD 4200+ x2, 2 gig of ram, and a 6150 LE. I run everything on low. Whats my problem? Is it my pos integrated graphics card?

Oh yea, when you go to select your resolution (800x600, etc) what does the "60hz" mean?

I just loaded up on all high, x4 AA, and it is laggy as anything. I have a feeling it is my graphics card. I neeeed a new one.
