Apache's TV guided vs. black stone walls

Post by Xander[nl] »

Map?
- Kashan Desert - 32p.
Where?
- Bunker complex - afaik.
Bug?
- Apache TV guided missile.
- Black stone walls / bunkers.

So there I was, flying around in my Apache searching for the M82 (useless, you need to cap the flags for it lol-found it now), and I suddenly had an 'omg need to dezzzztroy' feeling. So I landed my Apache on one of the bunkers, and started shooting at the walls at the bunker complex. The gun did fine, destroying everything I aimed for. But, when I switched to TV guided, I noticed they didn't do any damage to the black stone walls/bunkers.

Teh screenz:

While shooting:

After - no damage:

Same goes for the same type of walls.

They do though, damage to the 'normal' white/grey walls and buildings of the civilian type. (the ones at the south and north village etc)

Don't know if it's the same with the other choppers, didn't test that yet.

Not clear? Tell me and I'll youtube it ASAP.

As you shoot with the minigun you hit multiple areas of the wall giving a higher chance that you will it the right area.
Didn't really mind the aiming, but I'm pretty sure I'll automatically aim for the middle part of the wall. And still, shouldn't a tv guided have the 'splashdamage' to destroy every(unarmoured)thing within atleast 20m?

It did fine at the normal, civilian type of houses/walls, destroying a house and some walls with one shot, as it should be. But those dark stone walls... Nope.
