This is more related to forum users than it is to PR. This belongs in Off-Topic, which is why I put it there. PR General Discussion should be about PR, not the origins of the people who use the forums. Otherwise everything would go there, because everything is in the end related to PR (for instance: funny images of cats that at least one PR player enjoys).

You had trouble with the whole "other countries" issue, so I fixed that problem by deleting your old thread, creating a new one (in the right forum) that works by me updating the options on request.

Lockage.
