if a squad leader/commander could set up spawn places around flags/strategic areas where you can parachute in from a spawn point. so when you choose that place to spawn you come in from the sky and parachute down onto the enemy/around the flag. this would mimic jumping out the back of a plane for reinforcements

I think the amount of players on a general map is too few for a realistic para operations, yet air assault ops wouldn't be bad. Trying to use the grapplehook method for fast-rope insertions would be a much better idea, although probably either impossible or a pain to code.

The only way I see a map really working for para operations is a map where the initial insertion of all troops is via paradrop, after which they must set up an FOB in order to request additional light vehicles to be dropped in later.
