Well a bigger Helmand type map wouldn't have those problems would it? The current map is very very good, its just too small since one of the main draws of BF2 and PR are the 64 players.

But yeah I'd have no objections to more city maps. Basrah is easily the best map in the mod and the urban combat is only a part of it.

What about making Street bigger to fit 64 players?

BF2 doesnt simulate the dynamic range of the human eye very well. Real life is hardly ever unviewable pitch blackness like bi ming was, Im not sure night maps are a good idea till they make something like HDR for nighttime.

I dont suppose its as easy as flicking a light on, to remake that map

What I'd love to see are some tropical island jungles (Think Crysis) created for mostly PLA maps. Then of course we can place the PLA in their desert camouflage in the Gobi Desert against some faction. The MEC could also use some woodland skins, just to give them the potential in fighting in temperate locals such as Turkey, India, Central & South Africa. Would love to see the MEC fighting in some major Savanna.

i reckon we need the woodland island map, where attacking team approaches the island by boats, all spawn points for defending team mean they cant quite get to the beach before the attacking side does so they have just enough time to dissapear

Don't forget to rip into the room with automatic fire also!

It's funny how much people scream it's fake when you start heaving all your grenades their way. Personally I'd rather they die over me.

I like zardez's idea.

cant we have real life landmarks on ,maps? not necessarily building or such, but features like lakes, rivers, hills from real life? Would be cool to fight around lake Victoria in the rift valley or around Mt. Fuji.

/maybe even just on the skymap or background?
