Crashing. . .Always

I know its not a new topic but so far none of them have helped me. I downloaded the full client, got on and tried to play SP. It crashed, but that was something I could deal with. Tried MP and it crashes. All the time. Loads up the map just fine, but when I click on Load it just crashes right to the desktop.

Any ideas?

hey i just noticed this. in the installation guide it says if ur installing SF, EF, or AF install them in taht order, but only EF and AF work on the collectors edition, hence i only have htem installed, so i have bf,___,bf EF and bf AF, would that be the cause of the crashing?
