This isn't much of a suggestion as more its a question...
Simple one at that - Is the aimpoint used by the marines, army, or both?
I was looking at some old models from the harrier thread going on that showed an OLD OLD aimpoint/acog model and made me wonder if we would ever see an aimpoint in PR *BUT IM NOT SUGGESTING IT >.>*
Who uses the Aimpoint?

From mates I've spoken to that are in the US army, (both online and in person)
Every single M4 used by the army in combat has a sight mounted on it. The most common being the M68 aimpoint. Less common are eotech reflex sights. ACOGs are also used but their use I believe depends on the sodiers role/mission and/or preference.
I've met a few marines in my college that served in Fallujah (3rd of the 5th)
Apparenty it was ironsights and ACOGs all the way.

Yeah my friend who is going through Infantry school right now told me that all the M16A4's (without the M203) have ACOGs,front handgrips and a laser that can only be seen in nightvision is the standard for the basic rifle man in the Marine Corps. (PEC-15 ... i can't remember the name he said)[R-DEV]Jaymz wrote:From mates I've spoken to that are in the US army, (both online and in person)
